Shipping

Generally, the shipping is made within two weeks from receipt of the order confirmation by the customer. The dates and delivery periods are only contractual insofar as they have been expressly confirmed as such by Artyshop in written form.

The Shipping is made by a sender of the choice of Artyshop. Lump-sum shipping costs, which may depend on the value of the order and the place of delivery, shall be borne by the customer.

 

Destination Zones

The sale of the products presented on the site is reserved for buyers who reside in France, Europe, USA and Canada, and more generally in all the countries of the world, with the exception of the countries of the African continent.

 

Returns

The Customer has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) working days from the date of the delivery of his order, provided that the products are always in their original packaging and that they have never been neither washed, nor ironed, nor retouched, nor soiled, nor spoiled.

All return requests must be made by email. In case a return of goods is granted a return number and the return procedure is provided to you (RMA). All parcels returned without a return number will be systematically refused. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For any return, the Customer must send the product to the following address:

For your returns, we advise you to use the following carriers: DHL, Chronopost, Fedex or UPS.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons.

Upon receipt of a return package, the Customer will be informed by email of the processing of his / her request. Artyshop reserves the right to refuse a return in the following cases:

- Return after delay, the right of withdrawal has not been exercised within fourteen (14) working days;

- Non-conforming return since the products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Artyshop agrees to refund the products returned in the above conditions, within thirty (30) days from the date Artyshop is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw. A confirmation email will then be sent. The Customer will be refunded in full the amount of returned products and shipping costs.
