Parkour, also known as Art Du Déplacement (Art Of Movement), is a more physical way of experiencing your environment – replacing walking with running, jumping and climbing. Not just a sport, Parkour can be considered as a human adventure, helping a practitioner to overcome their fears and develop their physical and mental abilities. Given the repetitive lives we lead – waking up, going to work, going home, sleeping ¬– many of us are stressed and overwhelmed by the cities we live in.
